Who we are
Ninky Games, run by Robert Lorriman, is responsible for your personal information under South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). Contact: robert@ninkygames.com.
What we collect, and why
- Join the Ninky pack sign-up: your first name and email address, to send you news about Ninky Games. We only do this with your consent.
- Contact form, email or WhatsApp: your name, contact details and message, to reply to you and handle any order.
We don't collect anything else, we don't use tracking or advertising cookies, and we never sell or rent your information.
Where it's kept
Our website and forms are hosted by Netlify, whose servers may be outside South Africa. Netlify stores form entries for us securely and does not use them for its own purposes.
How long we keep it
- Sign-up details: until you unsubscribe.
- Messages and enquiries: as long as needed to deal with them, and no longer than 12 months afterwards.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to:
- tell you what information we hold about you
- correct or delete it
- stop sending you news (every email has an unsubscribe option, or just tell us)
